1. Subscription Plans
ComAI offers tiered subscription plans — Starter, Growth, Pro, and Enterprise — each with defined limits on stores, users, AI credits, and channel integrations (WhatsApp, Calling, Analytics).
Plan features and pricing are displayed on our Pricing page and during checkout. Enterprise plans may include custom pricing and dedicated support arrangements.
2. Monthly & Annual Billing
- Monthly plans are billed on the same calendar date each month from your subscription start date
- Annual plans are billed once per year and include approximately 17% savings compared to monthly billing
- All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified and are exclusive of applicable GST
- GST at 18% is added to invoices for Indian businesses with a valid GSTIN
3. Auto-Renewal
All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize ComAI to charge your payment method on file for recurring subscription fees.
Renewal charges are processed up to 24 hours before your current period ends. You will receive email notification of upcoming renewals and successful payment confirmations.
If your payment method is updated through Razorpay or your billing center, future renewals will use the updated method.
4. Subscription Activation
- New accounts select a plan and enable AutoPay during onboarding
- Access to ComAI features begins once subscription payment is confirmed
- Billing cycles are monthly or annual based on your selection at checkout
5. Failed Payments
If a renewal payment fails, your subscription enters a Past Due status. ComAI will retry the payment automatically up to 3 times over 7 days via Razorpay's payment recovery system.
During Past Due status, your dashboard access and AI agents continue to operate normally to avoid disruption to your customer-facing operations.
If all retry attempts fail, your subscription enters a Grace Period (7 days) with full access and prominent billing notifications in your dashboard.
After the grace period expires without successful payment, your subscription is suspended. AI agents stop processing new conversations until payment is resolved.
6. Plan Changes
- Upgrades take effect immediately; you are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing period
- Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period to ensure uninterrupted service
- Plan changes are managed through the Billing Center in your dashboard
