The COMAI API exists for stacks the native integrations do not cover — headless storefronts, in-house ERPs, or custom order management. Push catalogue and order data in, read conversations and outcomes back out, and subscribe to webhooks for events such as a cart recovered or a COD order refused.
Authentication is via API key or OAuth 2.0, and API access is available on the Business plan and above.
