1. Cancel Anytime
You may cancel your ComAI subscription at any time through the Billing Center under Subscription Management, or by emailing support@comai.in with your account details.
Cancellation requests are processed immediately. No phone call or retention process is required.
2. Access Until Billing Cycle Ends
When you cancel, your subscription is scheduled for cancellation at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access to all plan features, AI agents, and dashboard functionality until that date.
No partial refunds are issued for the remaining days in your billing period. See our Refund Policy for details.
3. Data Retention After Cancellation
- Your store connections, agent configurations, and conversation history remain accessible during the remainder of your billing period
- After your subscription ends, account data is retained for 90 days to allow reactivation or data export
- During the 90-day retention window, you may request a full data export by contacting support@comai.in
- After 90 days, data is permanently deleted from production systems except billing records retained for tax compliance
- Immediate data deletion is available upon written request to support@comai.in
4. Reactivation
You may reactivate your account within the 90-day retention period by subscribing to any available plan. Your previous configurations will be restored where technically feasible.
5. Channel Integrations
Upon cancellation, WhatsApp and calling integrations are disconnected at the end of your billing period. You are responsible for updating any customer-facing channels that reference ComAI-powered automation.
